"I've lived in Lomond for 30+ years. Very friendly, diverse neighborhood. Welcoming to all ages and ethnicities. Lots of dog walkers, early morning joggers and walkers, playing children. All amenities you need (grocery store, restaurants, services, banks, etc.) are in walking distance. Really nice place to live."

"Dogs are being walked frequently. The city doesn’t allow your dogs in the parks. You will have to drive a distance if you want to socialize your dog. "

"My commute to work is easy as there is plenty of ways to get downtown. Freeway access isn’t that far for 271 or 480, if needed. The train is easy to jump on from anywhere within Shaker. "
