"Access to Sand Run Metropark and a playground two streets over. Not a lot of traffic either, so you can walk the neighborhood easily or let the kids play in the front yard without issue. "

"The college kids / adults that come out drink throw up and start fights in the middle of the night. The faint sound of sirens going off. And of course the raccoons going through everything. "

"We have a monthly gathering where we bring our own drinks and a snack to share. We begin in May thru October. Neighbors get to share tips on improving their homes. We meet at 6:00 -8:00pm. It helps new neighbors get acclimated into their new homes."

"I live right by the park and it is a great environment, just remember that even though we live in a nice community doesn’t mean there are all good people who will do the right things. "

"Crazy night life being next to the bars! Lots of young people live here. Pet friendly. They have people walking around picking up trash every other day. People litter and leave trash allover the grounds."

"It’s safe and pretty quiet I live in timber top oh and affordable everything you need with in driving distance. If your looking for modern apartments these aren’t it very outdated but it doesn’t bother me."

"There's truly no quick access to any highway! You are in Cuyahoga Falls, Bath & Fairlawn drive cautiously, use blinkers and obey the speed limit you will be ok. "

"There’s no criminal activity and everyone seems friendly you can actually have something delivered when you’re not home and it’ll be there when you return I feel safe"
