        "This area really is fantastic. It is quiet and I know the cul-de-sac well - probably the nicest in the area. Obviously no through traffic, nice neighbours, clean area. Homes are well kept. By the number of tradesmens trucks outside of this property during the past year or so, the owners have made an awful lot of improvements. Apparently the owners are having to relocate. Oh well someone will benefit from all the money they've spent - pity it cannot be me. "
